How BCD iLabs collects, uses, and protects information across this website and our services.
Last updated: August 2, 2026
1. Scope and consent
This Privacy Policy describes the information BCD iLabs (“BCD iLabs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) may collect through the BCD iLabs website and through services that reference this policy, including Innovate Nxt and United Vision.
This policy applies to information collected online through those services. A separate customer agreement, product notice, or written data-processing agreement may apply to a particular deployment. If that agreement conflicts with this policy, the separate agreement controls for that deployment.
By using our website or a service that references this policy, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy.

If you contact us, we may receive information such as your name, business email address, telephone number, company, the contents of your message, attachments you choose to send, and other information you provide.
If you register for an account or use a contracted service, we may collect contact, company, account, and authentication information needed to administer that service.

Our operating principle
4. Customer IP is not training data
Customers retain ownership of their intellectual property and customer-specific work, including flavor formulas developed with Innovate Nxt, plant-floor images used with United Vision, and AI developed for a customer’s inspection use cases.
BCD iLabs does not use customer IP to train or improve shared, general, or third-party AI models. We process customer data only as necessary to provide, secure, support, and administer the service for that customer, subject to the applicable customer agreement.
5. Log files and cookies
Like most websites, our website may use standard log files. These records may include internet protocol addresses, browser type, internet service provider, date and time, referring or exit pages, and interaction data. We use this information to administer the site, analyze trends, maintain security, and understand aggregate site usage.
Our website may use cookies or similar technologies to remember preferences, understand site usage, and improve the visitor experience. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect how some parts of the website function.
6. Third-party services
Our website or services may link to or use third-party websites and service providers. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We encourage you to review those policies before providing personal information.
We do not control third-party cookies or technologies used on external websites.
7. Privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or information about the categories of personal information collected and disclosed.
California privacy rights
California residents may have the right to request disclosure of personal information collected about them, request deletion or correction, and opt out of certain sales or sharing of personal information. BCD iLabs does not sell personal information in exchange for money.
